Warda Sohail

Warda Sohail brings a unique depth of training to her role as a Registered Dental Assistant at SoftDental. She earned her Bachelor of Dental Surgery degree from Liaquat College of Medicine & Dentistry in Karachi, Pakistan, and practiced as a dentist in her home country before relocating to the United States. In Texas, she completed her Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) credential and BLS CPR certification, and joined Dr. Minh Nguyen’s team to support patients chairside.

At SoftDental, Warda assists Dr. Nguyen in every procedure performed at the practice — from routine fillings and crowns to dental implants, root canals, deep cleanings, and full-mouth restorations. She prepares treatment rooms, supports the doctor chairside, takes dental X-rays when needed, and helps each appointment move smoothly from start to finish.

What patients appreciate most about Warda is the way she explains things. Before and after each procedure, she takes time to walk patients through their treatment plan and the options available to them — in clear, honest, easy-to-understand language. Her background as a foreign-trained dentist gives her unusual depth when discussing treatment choices, and patients benefit from that perspective in every conversation. Warda believes patients make better decisions when they understand what is happening, and she makes sure no one leaves the office with unanswered questions.

Outside the office, Warda values time with her family and continues to grow in her dental career through ongoing learning.
