Booking your visit
Is my appointment confirmed after I submit the form?
Not yet. Your request goes to our front desk team. We'll call or text you to confirm the exact date and time that works for you.
What should I do if I have tooth pain or swelling?
Call us right away. We keep room in the schedule for same-day emergencies. If you have trouble breathing or swallowing, fast-spreading facial swelling, or a high fever, call 911 or go to the ER.
What should I bring to my first visit?
A photo ID, your dental insurance card if you have one, a list of any medicines you take, and any recent X-rays or records. Completing your new-patient forms ahead of time helps too.
Do you speak languages other than English?
Yes. Our team speaks English, Tiếng Việt and Español, so you can ask questions and understand your care in the language you're most comfortable with.
What insurance do you accept?
We accept most PPO dental insurance plans. Our team is happy to help you understand your benefits before treatment — call us with your plan details.
