Quyen Nguyen

Quyen Nguyen is the Practice Manager at SoftDental. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center and built a strong foundation in patient care as a Registered Nurse before bringing that clinical perspective to dental practice management.

Working closely with Dr. Minh Nguyen, Quyen helps oversee many aspects of the practice — including clinical coordination, patient support, team communication, and day-to-day office operations. Her healthcare background, attention to detail, and compassionate approach help ensure that patients receive excellent care and that the office runs smoothly each day.

Beyond logistics, Quyen is dedicated to fostering a welcoming and supportive environment for both patients and staff. She is actively involved in organizing team activities and community-focused events that strengthen relationships within the practice and beyond. Known for her reliability and quiet leadership, she has become an essential part of the SoftDental team.

Outside the office, Quyen and Dr. Nguyen volunteer together at St. Dominic Senior Care Community, where serving the elderly is one of the most meaningful parts of their week. She also enjoys reading, traveling, photography, and writing personal reflections.
