How do I request an appointment?+
Request online in about a minute or call 281-807-6111. Our office confirms a time that works for you — there's no obligation.
Do you see new patients?+
Yes, new patients are always welcome. Complete your forms online to save time, and bring your insurance card and a photo ID.
Where is SoftDental located?+
We're at 10028 West Road, Ste. 108, Houston, TX 77064, serving Cypress, Jersey Village, Willowbrook, Copperfield and Bear Creek.
What are your hours?+
Mon, Tue, Thu 9–5 · Wed closed (calls only) · Fri 8–4. Appointment requests are confirmed by our office.
Insurance & payment
Do you accept my insurance?+
We welcome most PPO plans and help verify your benefits and explain any out-of-pocket cost before treatment begins.
Why doesn't insurance cover everything?+
Dental insurance estimates payment and has annual maximums and downgrades — it doesn't decide the care you need. We explain your options clearly.
What if I don't have insurance?+
We'll discuss treatment sequencing and payment options so you can plan care that fits your budget. Call us to ask.
Treatments & technology
What technology does the practice use?+
CBCT 3D imaging, a Leica M320 surgical microscope, iTero digital scanning, and in-house MCXL milling for precise, comfortable, technology-supported care.
Can you make a crown in one visit?+
In many cases, yes. Our in-office MCXL milling lets us design and place same-day crowns when it's clinically appropriate — no second visit or temporary.
Do you offer implants, Invisalign and oral surgery?+
Yes — implants, braces and Invisalign, oral surgery, root canals, crowns, cleanings and emergency care, most of it under one roof.
Files & privacy
Can I send files online?+
Yes, when requested. Use our secure file submission workflow rather than general email, and avoid sending urgent medical information through website forms.
How is my information protected?+
We follow HIPAA privacy practices. The website does not store sensitive medical details — those are handled directly with the office.
